Best Realtor in the Bay Area!! Look no further for the perfect Realtor! Robin and her team are the best by far and we've used many others. From the first meeting, they will keep you informed, if you don't understand the process, they will hold your hand and explain. The pictures of your house will look better than you could ever imagine. The drone pictures are very impressive to potential buyers. Robin's extended team includes several contractors that are amazing also. They do not cut corners and are the most reliable and honest people around. Robin leads with integrity and always does the right thing! Our whole family will never use another Realtor, they just don't compare.

Robin did an amazing job selling our home in January 2024. The home was listed during New Year’s Eve weekend, we had a full price cash offer within a week and escrow closed in less than 30 days.

Robin found a buyer for our home in Morgan Hill and also represented us in buying our home in Grass Valley. The whole process went smooth due to her attention to our needs. She also helped make the timing of both transactions work for us. We highly recommend Robin. She is a real Super Star!

Robin was fantastic! She went out of her way to make sure my place sold and at a fair price at that. She coordinated repairs that needed to be done and had a local contractor come out and do the work needed after some bad renters did some damage. I was absolutely impressed with her professionalism, hard work and level of communication. If you are looking to buy or sell a property, I would recommend Robin without hesitation! Thank you Robin for your help getting my property sold and dealing with all of the insanity that came with it! You are definitely top notch and I couldn't have done it without your help!Again, if you need a realtor that is going to care and leave you smiling at the end of the ordeal Robin is your person!!

More than just an agent! I met Robin Bezanson when she was selected by my ex-husband to sell our house pursuant to our divorce. I was reluctant and resentful. Robin stepped in and navigated the situation with grace and deep consideration for all concerned. Seeing a lack of communication between the parties, she tactfully arranged and organized all aspects of the process--from clearing, cleaning, refurbishing, staging, and sale. We didn't even need an Open House. She sold our house after just four days on the market! Robin communicated all offers with clarity and insight. Her communication was always timely, and she was available at a moment's notice by text or phone. Robin is the kind of agent who becomes the friend who helps you pack boxes. My marriage may have ended, but I suspect I'll be sticking with this agent for a very long time!
